Commissioner Cassanelli Inspects County Vehicles Part One

Josephine County Public Works supervisor Rob Brandes approached the Board of County Commissioners in the first quarter of 2009 with a specific list of vehicles he insisted were "dangerous" and unreasonably subjected county employees to "life-threatening" conditions. Commissioner Sandi Cassanelli informed Brandes that she wanted to check under the hood and test drive the exact vehicles he had requested.
